Interview
Very casual. Got there early, sat at a sales desk with the manager and the whole interview took about 10 minutes. Discussed reliability and current certifications. Went over my experience to see if I'd be qualified. They were in need of an immediate start so they called me that afternoon. Typically, LA Fitness needs openers who enjoy the mornings and are dependable and consistent employees. Being open to early mornings is a huge plus. And commissions are most likely during the morning hours
It starter with very simple questions about myself and my time availability. Then went on to why i wanted to work for the company. Then asked about if im comfortable answering calls, interacting with members and doing saftey checks.
Super easy. Straight forward. Simple questions. I think it is a great place to start off as a trainer or just a front desk associate to see how the gym operates.
