They use Indeed mainly to post jobs, called and did a quick phone interview then scheduled a regular interview. Went in to interview, got offered the job later in the afternoon. I asked if I could speak with a current Operations Manager at a different club so the District Operations Manager set up a meeting with his area manager.

Applied on indeed and had one on site in person interview with the district manager. Then had a follow up phone call interview with the regional operations manager. In person interview was about 30 Minoans phone call was less than 10.

Did one interview then called and offered the position next day. After excepting the process wasn’t very professional. Didn’t hear from the manager for 2 weeks while he was on vacation. The manager could have told me I would be waiting two weeks to hear about a start date.
The interview process was pretty straight forward. Two interviews were required and I was asked very good questions about how I was the right fit for the job. After completing the first interview I was passed along for the second in which the same questions were asked so they could form two opinions and compare.
