I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at LA Fitness (Framingham, MA) in Mar 2016
Interview
Told me what my duties were and asked about experience. They did not once bring up opportunities that can arise in the company or growth. It was a very cut and dry process with no real good benefits unless you were on the sales team. Sales makes all the money and anything else gets paid minimum wage.

Question 1
if we call you in to work will you come in and work?
It starter with very simple questions about myself and my time availability. Then went on to why i wanted to work for the company. Then asked about if im comfortable answering calls, interacting with members and doing saftey checks.
Super easy. Straight forward. Simple questions. I think it is a great place to start off as a trainer or just a front desk associate to see how the gym operates.
