Interview
For the interview it is recommended to wear all black. You will most likely be interviewed by the GM. Staff is more than usual really nice and it will be a super chill interview. As a front desk they don't really care about your fitness knowledge, or appearance.
It starter with very simple questions about myself and my time availability. Then went on to why i wanted to work for the company. Then asked about if im comfortable answering calls, interacting with members and doing saftey checks.
Super easy. Straight forward. Simple questions. I think it is a great place to start off as a trainer or just a front desk associate to see how the gym operates.
