The process was pretty easy and clear. Just come in, I was sat down, and I waited. They need to be much clearer on the role you're going in for. I wanted to apply for Training director role but they changed it to a person training counselor because you need to start from the bottom. That is so misleading especially people who have bachelor's degrees. Don't go for this job unless you are young and are looking to grow in the LA fitness community.
