I applied online and received a call a few weeks later. They require you to have a personal training certification, but they only pay minimum wage (who can survive on that?) Your job is to sell training packages, the job description is misleading.

The interviewing PTD was 20 minutes late to the first meeting, and damn near no showed the 2nd.

It ranges from branch to branch. They won't make you do any exercises. It's more about the sales aspect. They're looking to see if you're willing to learn their way of doing physical assessments and selling training.
