The director was super cool. His name was Ben so that was +5 points. And he's really good at his job and just explaining in general too. He also gave me a tour and introduced me to the rest of the team.

Very personal interview, went in depth what the position is (sales) working along with personal trainers to make sales on training programs. Very transparent about the hustle/grind to get through when working the position, it can be quite demanding if you aren’t comfortable making sales and being interpersonal with current members.
