I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at LA Fitness (La Verne, CA) in Aug 2018
Interview
Overall a quick and to the point conversation about past experience and what I can add to the team. Along with a mock sales pitch. Interview was not a structured type but more on the fly type of feel.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at LA Fitness (Broomall, PA) in Jun 2023
Interview
They offered me an initial phone interview, it went great and they offered me an “ in person “ interview the following week. In that interview, they only spoke to me over Skype, not actually in person. They sounded very excited, telling me I would be starting work the next week, and effectively making it sound as though I got the job. They then ghosted me. Ignored all texts, never called, never heard another word. I had put my two weeks in at my other job already, but luckily they accepted me back. It was extremely unprofessional.
