I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at LA Fitness (Kenwood, Harrison, OH) in Jun 2013
Interview
You will meet with either the regional vice president or the general manager of the store you applied to. They will ask you what experience you have in sales and why you would be good for the job. It helps if you have played sports or have a lot of fitness experience. They will give you an example of why someone does not want to sign up and ask how you would get around it.

Question 1
How would you sell a membership to someone with a physical disability
The interview process was great. I had two interviews, but one could have been more professional than the other. The experience is overall bad because I was promised a position as an assistant manager but I was given a different position with a much lower pay.
Not really an interview at all. You get the job if you have consistent transportation pretty much. They go over pay and things like that. Really the interview is just a formality
Took about 15 minutes, asked simple questions. Anyone could get this job so long as you have a pulse. Pay offered was not great so did not stay with the company for very long.
