I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at LA Fitness (New York, NY) in Sep 2017
Interview
The interview process was pretty straight forward. I got a call a few weeks after submitting my resume for the Aerobic instructor position to mostly teach Zumba. I brought a sample music CD that I had choreography memorized for. They had me do the first couple minutes of every song in an unoccupied room and I was fairly comfortable and felt really good about the interview. I sent my ACE and ZIN information to the manager and went on my way. A week later I emailed her to follow up and a few days later got a call from a manager letting me know what days I would be working, set up training and documentation, and signed me up for a few substitute classes to get started. I started working a few days later.
