The interview process was very casual. You needed to bring resume and a copy of your certification. I applied to multiple LA Fitness locations and the personal training director of each gym reached out to me to set up an interview. The first one that called I set up an interview the next day. I got an offer right then an there. Then I began working the day after than. Very simple and straightforward. If you need a job and are certified LA Fitness will take you

Interview
Interviewed by a Training Sales rep because the Training manager forgot about our appointment.
Rep asked/verified that I was PT certified. Handed her a copy of my resume and both certifications. Asked/responded to questions about why I want to be a trainer, what got me interested in fitness/fitness industry and why I want to work for LAF.
I got a run down of the PT scheduling processes, an overview of the client workout booklet and questions answered regarding shadowing other PTs in order to understand the training process.
Was not given a formal offer because the interview information needed to be passed along to the Manager.
