I applied through the website and received a call within a week. I came in for an interview. The description of the job was presented as they are usual janitorial duties. Then was asked if I was interested based on the the hourly wage.

Was hard i wasnt sure wha to epdct but it was challenging i didnt know what to ask for and what o say but it did it well and was a good working environemnt and was a good job
