Common interview process with several key employees. Asked about what to do with difficult situations, what are your faults, give example of a challenging situation, why did you leave your last employer, have you worked with polymers.
Gave a fundamental process test and while I took the test proceeded to interview me at the same time. 8 years of experience in this type role and the test was easy but took it as an insult to my character and intelligence.

Poor audio quality during interview. Difficult to understand questions. Interviewers were hard to understand. Overall not a very pleasant experience. Interview was on time and everything but I couldn't get answers to any of my questions because the audio quality was soo poor and the interviewer was very hard to understand
