I went through 3 total interviews with them over about a 2-3 week period. 2 on the phone and one on zoom. The managers were kind during the interview process and I felt it went well. After the third interview I tried to follow up a few weeks later but found I was ghosted. I had no idea where they were in the process. No response to email. I found this to be very discourteous due to the time I invested in the interview process. I finally received a generic email message about 5 weeks after the initial interview stating they went another direction. I have experience with other companies actually calling a candidate, or sending a nice personal email after an extended interview process such as this. At the very least respond to email and update the candidates.
