Informed me that I got the interview and it never happened. HR did not seem to be prepared to have new hires. Wish I had known the interview questions but I do not know any.

When speaking to candidates we are transparent if we will or will not be moving forward in process and this information is provided to candidates. Not knowing the interview questions or being able to answer the questions may be why we did not move forward. We will be sure to be more clear in providing this feedback in the future.
As for being prepared for new hires, once someone is hired, we have a formal orientation program that starts day-one.
