The day after I applied, I received an email asking for my resume. Then a few days later I was emailed again requesting a phone interview, which was going over my qualifications and the job I applied for for about 30 minutes. Following immediately after, I took a personality test. Within a week they requested an in person interview where I spoke with the manager of the team I applied for. We went over the personality test, my qualifications and the job I applied for. I had originally applied for the treasury analyst position, but when I spoke with the manager he thought I would be a better fit for BI, and he directed the interview towards that position. He asked me if I was interested in it and told me he had an open position, and I agreed it was a better fit. This interview lasted for about 2.5 hours. Soon after I received another request for a second in person interview, where I sat with my potential manager and got to see what the BI position would entail. I also got to meet the CFO, CEO and everyone on his team. This one lasted for about 4 hours and ended with my manager offering me the position.
