I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at LGI Homes (Charlotte, NC) in Aug 2019

Interview

I went to a hiring event, where we watched a video starring all of the successful people at LGI Homes, and then everyone got at least 5-7 min rapid fire (speed dating style) interviews after taking a DISC assessment. LGI Homes only hires the best, and when you get selected for a follow up, it’s for a reason. The follow up interview can go from 2-3 hours at an existing community.
