I was initially contacted via LinkedIn. We spoke several times and even met for lunch. We talked out LGI and I was not interested at first but Jay was great. I finally decided to see it all for myself and had the interview. They are truly a process driven company! I was sent over the DISC assesment and then it was reviewed at the interview. It was the BEST interview I have ever had. Questions were meaningful and thought provoking. I went from being hesitant to work for LGI to being completely overwhelmed with excitement. I gave them my references that day and I immediatley started getting calls asking who LGI was. They checked with everybody on the reference list and asked a ton of questions! When I was finally offered the job, I took it and ran!

The process started with a phone interview. Then had an in person interview that lasted a few hours. Lastly, spent a day with my direct supervisor and was offered the position.
