Very Structured. Took 15-20 min. to inform about the company and their culture before diving into a typical interview Q&A. I was walked through my personality quiz to verify how accurate the test was which was a new experience for me. Usually I am never presented with the data gathered from a personality test. The interview questions were fairly standard and the overall interview length ran an appropriate length of 45 minutes.
