LHH Executive Recruiter interview questions

It was fairly easy. I had an introductory phone call with the Hiring Manager followed by 1 virtual interview (Teams) with the Hiring Manager's close counterpart. The 3rd round was an in-person meeting with the other Executive Recruiters in the local office. 4th & final round was a virtual interview with someone in HR - more of a formality, I believe. I never had a virtual or in-person meeting with the Hiring Manager at any point. At no point was I asked for specific / detailed metrics on my performance.

You meet with who would be your direct manager and then have an opportunity to meet with potential teammates. It is a pretty quick turnaround. During all rounds, you are able to ask as many questions as you want. Remember, you are speaking with a recruiter, so be social.
