The vetting followed by the ultimate interview process was thorough and amicable. The regional sales manager that I interviewed with for this particular region seemed genuinely interested in my success and it seemed to me that his desire is to see things work out well for the outside sales reps under his leadership. He came across very believable. Of course, like any other outside sales work, I'm cognizant that one has to strive to follow through and to become familiar with the product line. Have not started to work here as of yet on account of current logistics but am seriously considering it.
