It was a very easy process. Interviewed with the recruiter and then met with the manager. Overall the entire process took several days. Once everything was agreed upon, I started as a temp a week later and hired on 3 months later.

It was easy and simple. The employer talked mostly about the company. Although it was for an internship. The interviewed with two people. the accounting manager over the general accounting department and a senior analyst in the self service department.
