150 minute timed take-home exercise as a tech screening. Already seemed quite excessive but thought may as well. Technical skills and coding interview. This was fair, an online coding assessment. Wider projects and coding interview. Interviewer's camera wasn't working, another coding test. Values and coding interview. Interviewer spent 90% of the interview talking and left 10 minutes for the coding test (the 4th at this point) then concluded the interview at scheduled time. Why does it take 3 separate coding interviews to assess someone's skillset on top of an already large take-home coding task. Ghosted, haven't heard back from HR.
