I was contacted by a recruiter, after some conversation I got a scheduled call with the director of their Yield Book thing (the team the position was with). The talk went well, I then had to do 4 hours with 4 software devs (virtual). Then I got ghosted, and I had to ask the recruiter what happened three weeks later, to find out they decided to go with an internal candidate. Highly unprofessional.
