Overall interview was fine, the steps and requirements were clearly defined. Initially applied for a DevOps role, for which i was interviewed both from a HR and Technical perspective. I was told they would come back to me in aprox. 1 week. About 4 weeks later i receive an email asking me to set up an account on their recruitment progress monitoring platform and i find out that i seemingly applied for a different role, which i obviously didn't. I contacted the HR person to rectify this but got no reply. After emailing their hr servicedesk(yes, hr has a servicedesk that handles hr queries via an ITSM tool), they told me that i did apply for that role but they can withdraw the application. Fast forward a day or two and the wrong application is withdrawn and the correct one added. There go another few weeks and i notice that my application for the DevOps role has been renamed to Automation Engineer(without any notice). All this without absolutely any communication or feedback
