Interview
A telephone round with the HR and once she is convinced, profile has been moved to process Manager. Process Manager provided insights on skills that they are looking for then questions asked on my total experience. I was then moved to another round with the Business partner and it was smooth as well. Final round was with Sr. Director who was great in terms of expectations and the questions he asked. It gave me a clear view on my role and what is expected out of me.

1 2 1 meeting with head of team, followed by two further interviews, 30m each. Overall interview process not too challenging. Questions on past working experience and what you can bring to the company.
