This is probably one of the worst process I ever had. I applied for a role as a Research Analyst. Few days later, I received reply and with suggestion to apply for another role (which is higher). I politely explained that my experiences aren't in that field and I believe I am not suitable for the role. The talent department explained as this is good opportunity and growth for me. In which I agreed, since why not challenging myself for better growth. Days after applied for the new role, I received confirmation that interview was proposed with high management international . However, very much to my surprise, on the day I was supposed to have the interview - they informed me there were requirements changed for the new role and they suggested me for another role. At this point, I was like okay... I just play along. I agreed and they informed me there will be a test to be taken in case basis. On the day the test was supposed to be taken, I received a test that was supposed to be given to PRC China candidates. Noted that I am Malaysian. I asked is this the right test as it stated as PRC China candidates. The rest are history. I got no reply whatsoever and after two months - I received an email that I am not succeed in the process. I have been to many interviews in my career but this one really on another level prank and troll. Haha.
