Was introduced by an ex-colleague who had recently joined. The HR person initially responded and was due to set up a time to speak. After 1.5 months of waiting we finally scheduled in a call (which was very positive) after which we agreed to next steps. Fast forward a month still no response though had various HR colleagues reach out communicating various messages (the last was that they have a pool of candidates that they are already further down the line with - so not a firm no). Disappointing as know many of the workforce who are of a high calibre, perhaps this is limited to Talent.
