It was a three step process: 1. Recruiter, 2. Director, 3. Hiring Manager and Existing Leader. Everyone I interacted with at the organization was kind, asked thoughtful questions, and had a passion for the work they were doing. The steps in the hiring process were clearly outlined and I never once felt my time was wasted. I was disappointed not to receive an offer, but they went with an internal candidate for the role that had more direct experience with the work they were doing. The only piece of constructive feedback I have is that their salary ranges in their job postings are wildly inaccurate. My requirements were somewhere in the middle of the salary range and I was told that was far too high for this role.
