The interview was unstructured, the second interview was supposed to include an SQL test but they forgot. Eventually a week later they invite to come back and do the SQL test and in the same room was the other candidate and they only talked to her and they didn't say a word to me during the same SQL test. At the end they marked us right away and even though I scored 19/20 and she scored 10/20, they hired her because after meeting her they wanted someone who's going to be good with clients. This was supposed to be a technical role and they admitted I'm really great with the technical skills. They just wanted to give the job to the pretty girl.
