First there is an assignemnt given to all candidates which consisted of simple financial and iq questions. Next the shortlisted candidates get interviewed.
Interviewers thoroughly check your knowledge on the projects you have done. Also they give scenarios and see the solutions you come up with for given problems.

About the project that I did and all about the tech stack used. they needed in detail explanations on how I managed the project, my contribution and what are the issues I encountered and how I solved them.

Interview
The interview was a smooth process. There was an IQ interview followed by a video interview. Finally, there was an interview with company representatives. The interviews were well structured and needed good preparation.

Professionalism at its best. Talked to the point. Was open to all questions. Was open on the salary. Vey friendly. Asked me on my interests, my hobbies, introduced me to the work culture, shift times, product space and additional benefits.

Interview process was average, centering around the usual questions about experience and culture fit with multiple stakeholders. No business cases or time consuming tests/presentations.
After 3 rounds, obtained an offer. However, after stating legitimate concerns, was ghosted by HR despite multiple follow ups. I then saw the job posting re-opening on job boards soon after. Zero sincerity in treatment of potential candidates. If concerns raised conflict with the job requirements, be transparent with a formal rejection.
