Smooth interview in general: questions like "Tell me about yourself" and some educational questions. Nothing much more and easy in general. not too many technical questions. got the offer at the end

apply online, email to schedule phone interview. can also be done with skype. very nice. they called me, and after a week, give me an offer. During the phone call, it is not clearly at beginning, they are nice to try again. It works.

There was no interview at all. I just applied for the graduate school online and waited for four months. I check the application status online and was aware of the offer. And a few days later, the head of department told me I got a sponsorship.
