The interview process for assistant director positions was not overly difficult. It required me to have relevant experience needed for the position. I participated in a phone interview then landed an on campus interview lasting the entire day.

Telephone interview was scheduled for 1 hour with the committee of 5, The final round interview was scheduled 2 weeks later. It was composed of a half-day round of interviews. I first interviewed with a small committee and then the larger staff of 18. I was able to have lunch with a few team members and the Director.
