Fairly easy, I just sent in a resume with three references and a cover letter explaining why I was qualified for the position.. Finding positions is more difficult of a task than actually applying.

I was referred by a former employee. I sought the attention of Mr. Coxe and Mr. McKenna. I was aksed to interview with both Mr. Coxe and Mr. McKenna. Once I interviewed with them, a week later I was offered the job. I took the job on the spot.
