Chill process. We basically small talked and then talk about the weather, family, and everything except what was relevant.
The the interview was roundly conducted after as we had dinner over lunch over breakfast to the wall and bank. Back at the breakfast lunch dinner table chair, it was clear that this review does not make it to the min.
