Interview
The process for LTIMindtree selection was :
1. Online Aptitude Test
2. Group Discussion/Technical Interview
3. HR round
The interview round was majorly around the concepts like SDLC, OOP and skills the candidate can offer.
For Fresher's role, they conduct 1 assessment round followed by 1-2 interviews mainly focusing of the approach.
Assessment round mainly consists of Tech+Aptitude
and during interview the weigtage was like 20% technical knowledge and 80% communication
