Applied via referral in November 2024. There were Two technical rounds of interview followed by HR discussion for salary. Technical interview rounds were good, challenging. HR discussion went well, HR told me they have so and so budget and I was okay with that amount . Submitted my documents as requested. Then I didn't get any feedback for good 2 weeks. I sent follow up email and HR contacted back and told me their budget is same as my current CTC and asked if I can join with same CTC, obviously I had to say no. That's it. Really disappointed.
