I recently interviewed with LTI Mindtree as an immediate joiner. The Level 1 interview went quite well, and I was promptly shortlisted for Level 2. The second round was more of a discussion—focused on where I could potentially contribute to the team and topics like certifications. It ended on a positive note, and I was told the process would be wrapped up within the week.
However, it’s been over 20 days now with no closure. In the first week of follow-up, HR mentioned that the panel was out of office. Since then, they’ve stopped responding to calls and emails entirely. This lack of communication is unprofessional and disrespectful to candidates’ time and efforts.
It feels like LTI Mindtree is conducting interviews without serious intent to hire, which is frustrating for candidates, especially immediate joiners who are ready to onboard quickly. I strongly suggest others think twice before attending interviews here unless the company shows signs of improving its hiring process and communication.
