Pretty scattered process, didn't get a ton of feedback and reason(s) for decisions. Asked recruiters and hiring managers for feedback and received nothing. I feel decisions were made for a reason and they should be able to easily explain their decision process and what was lacking but when asked...the response was radio silence.
