I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at LVT (LiveView Technologies) (American Fork, UT) in Nov 2023
Interview
The interview process began with a brief phone interview to make sure I was a good fit for the company. The recruiter was open and transparent about the role and potential weaknesses in my resume -- it gave me a chance to represent myself over the phone which I enjoyed.
After the phone interview I had an in person interview with 3 managers. It lasted about an hour and covered a wide range of questions. Lots of them were job specific and how my past experiences would make a good fit for a BDR role.
After the interview I was notified the same day that they would be making a decision shortly. The following day I was offered a position and started 2 weeks later.
