I lived in a different state at the time of the interview so I did my interview over the phone. The interview was short and to the point. She asked about my qualifications and to describe what I would do in certain scenarios and then she told me a little about the center and the position.

This was a basic interview, asked about experience and availability. They also asked me to provide references. This was a good experience over all. Also asked for updated cpr first aid certification.

When I showed up 10 minutes early to the scheduled interview, the director had forgotten about it. She acted like she was going to reschedule it. I had driven 2.5 hours for the interview. The only reason she even did it was that her boss happened to be there and told her to just do a short informal interview. I did get the job. The pay was $4 less then I wanted per hour.
