The first interview was with the store manager and the second was with the Director of Design Services. Both interviews with very pleasant and the interview with the Director of Design Services had a helpful role playing challenge.
There were 2 rounds of interviews. The first was with head of design. Second was with all managers. The interview process was fairly quick and focused on my experience as well as the companies expectations.
met with the manager and felt very comfortable and at ease there. Was able to talk about why I loved design and what brought me to Lazboy and why I was interested in being the designer there. Very relaxed and to the point.
