Everyone was professional, extremely nice and calmed my nerves. This was my first interview in 20 years. Once they heard that they helped me relax and the manager more took over questions and dropped the normal tell me about what you’ve done.
I interviewed with the store manager, and met other associates. learned about their training program. I met the assistant store manager and she interviewed me also. All this was on same day.

Very friendly, relaxed interview. Typical questions. Didnt feel stressed or intimidated. I was asked about previous experience and what i knew about the company and customer service scenarios and how i would handle them
