I applied and hear back within days. Talked to them on the phone pretty quickly then I went in for an interview with the store manager, it was really like a nice conversation, they made me feel really comfortable and he was honest about the position. Then I went back in to interview with the head interior designer and he talked with me about their process for their in-home program. Then I went back two more times to for paper work. It was a fast and simple process.

The interviewer asked prompt question that adhere to the position. Questions to see if you as a candidate fit the team, as well as, meeting the required weekly/montly assignment and goals set by the employer. At the end they ask questions if you are the right fit or if you have any questions.

Interview
Getting the interview was a little tricky, but the interview itself was good. I interviewed with the store manager and then came back to the store to fill out the paperwork. The interview was very typical. The manager was very clear and honest about what was expected, the dress code, and what the pay would be. He gave a short professional history of himself as well. I brought my portfolio in, (it wasn't necessary), but he looked at it and gave a positive review.
