Interview
It went pretty quickly. I interviewed with both managers and was hired immediately. The process only took a while because there was a transition in management. But otherwise it went well.

They asked me why I thought the design position was right for me and talked about being hard working and driven. They asked about experience in retail and availability of course. It was informal but very productive.
