LabCorp was taking over the existing draw site I was employed with but i was still required to submit my resume online. After submitting my resume I was instructed to take a personality test online that took about 15 minutes. Next I met with my immediate supervisor for a very informal interview. She observed me perform my job duties and evaluated my skill level

Easy and laid back, it was like having a simple conversation with a colleague. My interviewer was sweet and very straight to the point both times, Asked very few questions to confirm your phlebotomy knowledge for the position and about your availability for the company.
