Interview questions [3]
Question 1
I was asked typical interview questions, such as why I would like the job or why did you become a phlebotomist?
I was asked exam-like questions as well so that the interviewer could see how much I knew about phlebotomy procedures e.g. which color of serum tube to use with specific lab tests.
They care more about who you are, how you would act in the different situations like operating under pressure or dealing with a angry patient. They also want to know about how you would handle a disagreement with a coworker.
