Interview
Phone screening was brief. The in person interview itself was relaxed. Asked about general microbiology/laboratory knowledge. Asked why I see myself as a good fit. Asked what I liked about the company.
I was interviewed by three people. One was the manager and two employees. They were friendly and asked very basic interview questions. In addition to asking about my previous work experience they also asked the standard HR questions. After the interview they gave me a brief tour of the facility.
