A talent representative reached out the next day with availability for a phone screen; during the call, we discussed my qualifications, experience and reviewed my questions. Following the screening, I had an in-person interview with the person who would supervise me. My in-person interviewer provided a realistic preview of the position, which made it easy to understand all that the role entailed. Finally, I interviewed with my supervisor's supervisor; this was a telephone interview due to the supervisor's travel schedule.
