Interview
I was first interviewed via telephone by a recruiter who then passed me on to have an over the phone interview with the supervisor. It was all a simple process and was done timely and efficiently. The process is about a month long because after you accept the job offer you have to do a drug test and then have a background check amongst other things.
The interview process for the specimen processor was a very easy process. It only took at 20 mins and my interviewers were very nice and made me comfortable. The most relaxed interview I have ever been on
It was very informal, a tour of the laboratory and a run down of the day to day duties and responsibilities. It lasted for about an hour. Very low stress.
It was an easy process. Not to many questions asked. Just about experience and they went over what was expected for the position. Asked if I was quick with learning , if I was adaptable to new environments.
